Refund Policy

Once purchased, credits are non-refundable — in particular any credits that have already been used. Credits are delivered to your account instantly and consumed against real compute cost the moment a run executes, which cannot be reversed.

This applies to all three plans and to any partially-used balance.

Consumer protection law in some countries grants rights that override a policy like this one. Where applicable local law requires a refund, we will comply with that law. Tell us where you are based when you write to us.

A run that fails does not consume credits. Credit validation and deduction happen on our servers after a run completes successfully, so an error, a timeout or an abort leaves your balance untouched.

If you believe 10 credits were taken for a run you never received, contact us — that is a billing error, not a refund request, and it will be corrected.

• Not liking a generated track. Output is subjective, and the credits paid for the compute that produced it.
• A video not performing as hoped. We provide a tool, not a guaranteed audience.
• Buying a larger plan than you needed. Credits do not expire, so an unused balance stays available indefinitely.
• Accidental purchase of a plan you have already begun using.

Duplicate charges and payments you did not authorise are treated seriously and separately from this policy. Contact us with the transaction reference and we will investigate with Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

Write to hajranrehmat@gmail.com from the email address on your account, including the transaction reference and date. This is the only channel for financial enquiries. Every case is reviewed individually and at the company's discretion.
